Who we are
Abance is an engineering company founded in 1994 in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz – Spain) that operates in the Naval and Defense sector. It is specialized in naval engineering and systems engineering for all types of military and civil vessels, submarines, as well as offshore and offshore wind platforms.
At Abance, we have a long-term vision, and therefore we implement strategies that ensure the continuity of the company and of the entire team of professionals who make it up.
Our value
We carry out around 350,000 engineering hours per year with a team of approximately 200 professionals located at our headquarters in Cádiz, as well as in our offices in Cartagena and Ferrol.
We have experience in markets such as Brazil, Chile, and the United States, working with different software tools, deploying on-site resources, or operating remotely.
Abance holds shares in Surcontrol, a company specialized in robotics, digitalization, and control systems, with which we complement each other to provide a complete and integrated service.
